Contract Management Software

Our Company is looking to hire a software developer to develop a Contract & Invoice Management System. This software must be able to track the current financial status of the contract based on invoices that have been input into the software. 3 types of documents must be input into the software: Contracts, Invoices and Contract Modifications. Simple reports must be obtained from this software such as: all invoices over 2500, all invoices within the last 15 days, all contracts expiring within 30 days, all contracts with a balance below 2500. The query system must have complete flexibility when it comes to queries. The software must be able to support users. Administrative users who can delete invoices and contracts. Software should log such actions. I have developed 90+% of the software through easy to follow mock ups that will be shared. There are a few sections that will require the creativity of the developer to finish. This software will initially be made for use on the local computer but structured for possible network capability in the future. There are several other features that are required for completion of the project that will be discussed later. The emphasis for this project is on quality and not time.
