Convert Excel quote to script

We currently have a Wordpress website, we want a online calculation script for our guest so they can see what the estimated costs are for our selling products. For now we use a excel sheet and fill in the right fields and the excel sheet calculates the prices and the advise of which product suites the best. We want to convert the Excel sheet to scripts and add it to our Wordpress website. The calculation Excel sheet is added to the attachments and is some complicated. We want to have three steps, (we prefer to use javascript/jquery) Step 1: We want customers that customers are able to fill in the following fields: - Are you a company? (select field, if yes selected the Comapny and Company legal appears) - Company (input field) - Company legal (dropdown menu "Eenmanszaak" "Vernnootschap onder firma" "Maatschap" "Commanditaire vennootschap" "Besloten vennootschap" "Naamloze vennootschap" "Stichting" "Vereniging") - First name (input field) - Last name (input field) - Email (input field) - Phone number (input field) - Address (input field) Step 2: At this step we want to have the variable fields from the excel sheet. Step 3: This is were the calculation happens, We want the customer see the estimated price/advise and we want to recieve a email with all details of the input fields and prices.
