I have an existing online e-Commerce website which was built in 2008, its currently not responsive I want you to convert the current website template into a responsive website template. I prefer you to use Bootstrap or other such responsive architecture already available rather than trying to play with current poorly coded inline CSS and avoid wasting your time as I already have wasted my time by another freelancer who used inline CSS changes and gave up at the end. Website URL is "[login to view URL]" Don't waste your or my time by committing on something that you can't do. So please have a good closer look at the website and "DO YOUR MATH", it was a customized e-commerce website based on OS Commerce I believe. I will not reply to any generic bidders who write the same generic CRAP! on every project they see being posted on Freelancer website. Max budget is $300. There will be a $50 bonus if the freelancer does it in the agreed time frame.

I apologize if this price seems to high and above your budget. I spent some time on your website and it's actually a lot of work to make all the pages responsive as it is manual work, even when I work with a framework the most part will be manual work.
