We are currently trying to build a training website, and we need some sort of system that tracks users, and that they watch their required videos. We also would like to be able to administer a test after they have watched the Video, then have it print out a "Certificate" that says that they watched the Video and passed the test. We also need to have that information stored in a DataBase, so we can go and look to see whose watched and who hasn't.
