Create a Magento 1.7.x - 1.9.x and Magento 2 Connector -- 2

Hello, we are looking for any freelancer who could develop the following: We would like build our OWN Magento Connect Manager. Description: Please build a page who user can register. And upload their extension. (it should be role based). If Admin will login he need improve extension before they will publish. After that please publish extensions on the system page. Any user who will get this extension he need to pay via payal. After that he can create a User + Privatekey and download / install extension via magento connect or on new magento 2 like: composer config [login to view URL] composer [login to view URL] composer require ourconnector/magento2extension-helloword composer update --> Files / Extensions who will provide for connector should be upload as zip into system or via file - link. System should check if extension will store all files who magento 1.7.x-1.9.x or magento 2.x will need and if all correct he should be able create a "Product" on system for made it ready for sale. Hope that someone can build this. After that we will come to our second part of this project. Build a translation interface who customer can upload CSW File and create a project for translation. They should able to get first translation suggestions via bing and google. Than he can accept language suggestion and if not type her own translation. After that is finish they should create a zip package and also transfer to our connection service, that they can grab this translation packagde also via our connector. We will provide Milestones BUT Milestones only after Preview part 1 and after part 2. All in all you will get 2 milestone and not pay in front.
