Create a WordPress Plugin for a LMS

I'm looking for someone to create a WordPress Plugin - READ FULLY. PURPOSE: to allow teachers to mark pupils' work easily AIM: to be simple for teachers and students to use (1 click where possible) HOW: integrate with existing LMS such as Learnpress, Lifterlms, Namaste, Seneis, LearnDash, etc. FEATURES: - to allow teachers to set/respond to questions using audio, video, image, text, etc - to allow student to easily answer questions (imagine then handwriting an answer, then sending the picture to be marked; or answering the question with a verbal response then sending the audio to be marked. All this needs to be done simply (think WhatsApp simplicity for 1 click sending) - to allow teachers to sort responses based on student name or question. So teachers can make lots of the same question then move on to the next question and do the same. Or they can mark the whole work from one student then mark another student. With this marking, it should be easy to mark. Think Tinder - click yes (or swipe right) for a correct answer, click no (or swipe left) for an incorrect answer. There should also be the option to provide feedback easily. For example, after clicking or swiping, the teacher can give feedback (audio, video, image, text, etc). Freelancer should be familiar with LMS and developing WordPress Plugins. It is NOT customising 1 website 2) I will use this PlugIn for my own websites however, I may choose to sell this in future, therefore I am paying for the entire rights to the Plugin - the developer will not reserve any rights to sell the Plugin or reuse the code.
