Create a WordPress Template

This is a website that I will be adding things to overtime, but for now it will be showcasing a Wyoming ranch - home & property - for rent to people for weddings, events, vacations, etc. It's mostly visual + I will be integrating a booking software (eg. AirBnB). Eventually, I will be adding two other ranch properties. I'd like a stunning homepage that talks about the property then when you click into the various properties, it becomes a page with secondary navigation. I have all the design elements--photos, color choice, logo & content. I already signed up and paid for the bluehost account + domain, downloaded the wordpress software, etc. For some reason, I'm struggling with the backend development and getting the templates I like to look like the demo. So I need help with the backend development and getting to a place where I can sort of drag & drop my design elementI have all. SEO and ease of use is paramount.
