Hello i need a simple plugin for wordpress/woocommerce that allows one to have multiple local delivery rates, at present the built in system only allows one. I am needing it to be expanded to multiple rates as we need to cater for delivery based on suburbs and i have been unable to find / modify an existing plugin that works. The delivery rate must not be based on anything like postal codes as we have multiple suburbs with one postal code
