Create an email that auto forwards information to sales person if receiver clicks on link

I have a database of subscribers/potential clients in excel. Key information being their name, address, email address, telephone number. I want to be able to send emailshots out to my database (using the likes of mailchimp or sendinblue or sendgrid etc) that will have a link in the email prompting action i.e. click here if you would like to find out more. When a receiver of the email clicks on the link within the email I want it to trigger two things to happen 1) they receive an automated browser message saying something like "thank you for your interest, someone will contact you shortly" 2) an auto email is sent to our sales email address with a basic enquiry form, auctioning the sales person to call this person. The enquiry form must include time, date of enquiry, name, address, email, telephone number (and potentially one or two more fields if we have additional information in our excel database) I would like this started and completed within the next 2 weeks, the sooner the better. If you know how to do this, please let me know a) your experience b) when you can complete by c) brief overview of how you would go about putting this together and how you see it working
