Create a joomla component/extension for a training system

Joomla Component - Training Module I am looking for a developer to work with us who has specific experience building a custom joomla component to sit in a website we are building. To be rewarded the project you must provide us with an image of how you think you want to display items. Through website & mobile as well this needs to be a responsive extension. We want a module that we can keep track of training of our users/companies. We have multiple sub companies that we also want to track. This website must be a secure website I don’t want to be able to view the photos via a sub site [login to view URL] or anything like that. Master Company Sub Company 1 Sub Sub Company 1 (only see my stuff) Sub Sub Company 2 (I can see my company and all my sub companies) Sub Sub Sub Company 1 We want the master company to be able to see all the sub & sub sub companies, & sub sub sub companies, etc, no sub companies will be able to have delete permission the only person that should be able to delete is the master company. Account Creation The master company will create the Sub Companies then the Sub companies should be able to create the sub sub companies, etc. They will need to be able to enter all the Employees contact information (First Name, Last Name, Middle Name, Birth Date, Email Address, Company Name, Title/Position, and Photo Upload). Each employee will have a training portion that can display the following (Training Date, Expiration Date, and Training Certificate PDF Upload) this part I would like to email them when the certificate is about to expire with a set date that we can set per certificate/training type. The companies will need to be able to export this per employee and per company, they will also need a way to mass download all the PDF/certificates. It would also be nice to be able to download all certificates in a excel format or just display on the website. Online Scheduling & Email Scheduling We need a section that anyone can view that will display any training that we have coming up. They will also need to be able to schedule online along with pay for the class/certificate using (PayPal/CC). This should also e-mail any person that is about to expire within a set amount of days (we can decide per certificate) so they can schedule for a class when they are about to expire so they don’t forget. Badge Printing During the training each person gets a name badge printed that currently we use an access database, I would love to be able to select everyone in that class and click “print/export” then I can print them on my wasp id card printer.
