Create prototype of adding a menu item for user right-click in Windows desktop application

I need someone to create a prototype by the following details : Step 5: -Create a prototype of adding a menu item which appears when the user right clicks on a file or folder. When the user clicks the menu item, it should display a msgbox. -Adding "Decrypt" menu item for .enc type files, and "Encrypt" for non .enc type files -Adding "Test" menu item for drop down menus popped up when right clicked in white background of explorer. -Adding "Test 2" menu item for all files and folders in a particular location. -Adding "Test 3" menu item for drop down menu popped up by right clicking in white background of explorer of a particular folder -Adding "Test 4" menu item for drop down menu for a particular file in a particular location only. -Adding "Test 5" menu item for drop down menu for a particular folder in a particular location only. -Adding "Test 6" menu item for all files in entire file system. -Adding "Test 7" menu item for all folders in entire file system. -Adding "Test 8" menu item for white background for entire file system. -Repeat above steps for creating sub-menu items as well. This is a step of a larger project, whose entire description I have attached. You would be hired to implement just this particular step, and will be paid right away after the completion and testing of the work. If you are successful, you might be hired for the rest of the project. This project is for a trusted client. No milestones or upfront payments will be created until the project is completed, and tested by the client, and until the client is happy. Whoever bids $100 or less will be hired immediately.
