Create a social feed in php

I want a social site feeds from facebook, twitter, linkedin. I also want to schedule the post to respective social sites.. one more thing, I can send message to the contacts from above social site.. I attached the design which is already done, just need the functionality in php ... ask if you want more .... I will create full milestone, but it will be released after checking the functionality...
