Creating Basketballleague Website (without design)

I need an Codeigniter based Webseite with front- and backend. The website should have an league system with teams and players.
Frontend:
There should be a table for teamstat for each league (1., 2., 3. league for example),(Rankingtable - lost / won, gameday stats - points per quarter and scorer) for a season (more seasons possible) like [login to view URL]
There should be also stats for each player (point, 3 point, 2 points, free-throw, tried free-throw, fouls) per game and season.
Registered users should have the opportunity too manage their profile, coaches could manages their teams and the scores from each game day (record results and doublecheck with other team coach). So there should be an ACL System.
Backend:
Amdin managed the game day's, leagues, seasons, Coaches for teams, have all other rights.
