Custom software to streamline the development of standard PowerPoint diagrams

We would like to develop a software program, ideally a custom-built web-based platform, which will improve the quality and speed of production of developing ‘Investment Logic Maps’. These outputs/diagrams are currently developed in Microsoft PowerPoint using the attached template which is then manually edited. We would like to automate many of the functions that are current undertaken manually and explore other opportunities to improve the development of these products, including: - adding new text boxes - re-sizing text boxes to fit with text requirements - adding % weightings to boxes - drawing relational links between boxes (with some in-built smarts to ensure lines do not cross etc.) - ability to provide feedback on the content (not dissimilar to track changes). We are seeking a professional web-based platform that will provide a professional product for our workforce. We would also need to be able to share the outputs with clients, either within the application or by exporting them to standard platforms such as Word, PowerPoint and PDF. There are a number of other similar templates we would like developed in the same platform down the track. However, we would first like to get this right and will explore further development opportunities after the successful delivery of this project. A further requirements brief which steps through the current process of developing a logic map and the associated functional requirements is also attached. Will only consider proposals that demonstrate an understanding of this specific brief / requirements.
