Customise Xfilesharing pro install for on server video encoding and more...

I need my Xfilesharing pro installation to be customized for video. I need on server processing to be modified to produce 480p, 720p and 1080p versions of the video depending on the original file quality uploaded. I require the website to be modified so that these videos can be grouped under one name in the files list and server to server transfers to still work with three different qualities of video. If possible i would like our flowplayer to be modified to have a menu to select between the different video qualities. I would also like the remote uploader to be modified to support the importing of videos from [login to view URL] and google picasa.
