We require a customized CRM type software designed for our unique property management franchise company. There are two separate components of the software: 1) Collecting and processing information for sales of franchises 2) Property management related tasks for our franchisees to use for their everyday work. Our time frame for build would be 3 - 6 months. Software must be accessible from smartphones, tablets, laptops & PC's - cloud based. Automated processing of data is important to speed up business efficiency, Automated emails / standard letters, task lists with reminders, ability to upload photos and insert into documents.
