I need to develop a online feedback service for stores. Our clients will be owners/managers of small and medium retail business that will subscribe our online service to offer for their customers an application where they can track how was the process of buying in its stores (customer support, product quality, etc). The application will have three interfaces: one for our client, one for our administration staff and one for the customer. The client interface (login needed) presents statistics of the feedbacks, graphs and everything that could become information from the data provided by the customers. In our administration interface (login needed) we need to see how many clients are using the tool and if they are daily receiving feedbacks. Statistics about this is important so our marketing team can check if the user adoption is increasing or not. The customer enters in the feedback interface of the client by typing [login to view URL] This interface will show in the top the name of the store and after it a set of 5 variables (overall experience, price, customer support, selling support, product quality) and a textbox for comments (up to 500 lines), and the following fields (not mandatory): buying code, name, email, mobile. After sending the feedback ... if our client set the discount on in his panel, the customer will be redirected to a screen with his feedback and a discount (just the name of our online service, the name of the store and a message about the discount, that will be also set in the client interface panel).
