I need an dating iPhone app must be in objective C or swift.

Features:

1. Registration

2. Login

3. Display list of users , may be in grid

4. Taping on a user will show his/profile

5. In the profile page there will be an option for chat, send photo

6. Use iPhone gps to track user current poison .

7. Sort user list as per latt , long , display nearest on top.

8. Logout

9. iAd and AdMob

10. In app purchase (not required now)

I need you to make the Ui/Ux. Before coding start I need to see the design so that no change in design made during development.

I need you to develop REST API and admin for this app also in PHP/MySQL.

Admin feature:

Login

Display users

Block and unblock user

I have a plan for the same app on android but first I want to see it on iOS .

My budget

Is maximum $200 because at this stage I am using my personal funding.
