I am looking to hire a full-time WordPress developer to work with me in my successful 12+ years web development company. Ideally, I would like someone whom I can work with online at least for part of the day in my timezone GMT+10, but if no suitable candidates apply I will be willing to view those from the other side of the globe. The bulk of the work consists of creating WordPress sites based on themes and PSD layouts and managing existing sites. I also manage some non-wordpress php sites. Candidate MUST have the following: - several years of WordPress front end development experience - solid experience with Divi theme as 90% of my sites use it - EXTREME attention to detail - someone who can create sites according to layout and check that it closely matches, to implement client requests from emails. If I need to double check your work all the time and some requirements are left undone, I am sorry I can not retain you for the long term work. - transparency and integrity in their work. Reporting exactly the number of hours worked. As a developer with 15 years of experience myself I know how long tasks take so any misrepresentation or slow inefficient coding is also not acceptable for long term collaboration. - Codeigniter knowledge a huge plus, please indicate this in your application

Hi, I am available to work as a full-time WP developer on your projects. ) Divi - Have worked with it, but it's not 90% of my projects, I work with all sorts of WP themes and love to design & create custom WP themes for my clients. ) 8 Years of solid frontend / backend WP development ) codeigniter - I am not using. ( yet ) I am online almost every day of the week for around 13 - 15h and use Skype to communicate with clients.
