Draw a line on a map

use an open map api to draw a line on a map. create a function that draws a map to the following specifications: signature: function draw_map($lat_1, $lon_1, $lat_2, $lon_2) { // do stuff // return map } -map has 2 points specified by latitude and longitude (see function signature) -draw a straight blue line between the points (need to be able to see the points and the line) -point 1 should be marked "Entry" (use a baloon for the text) -point 2 to be marked "Exit" -create 3 additional points along the line at 10%, the middle, and 90%. Mark these "Test Hole 1", "Test Hole 2", and "Test Hole 3" respectively. -scale and center the line on the image. Image resolution to be 1024 * 512, and the line orientation to be horizontal. -function to return the image -image to be printer friendly (don't use satelite images, use a map view instead.) would prefer this in php, but js would be ok too. background information: the purpose of this image is to be included in a report that will likely be printed. The 2 points represent entry and exit points for a horizontal-directional drilling project. the 3 points along the line are suggested test-holes for process monitoring.
