Export data from scanned documents to sql db

We have scanned documents from a book, which has quiz questions with one answer in this format: quiz theme question - answer This is in sinhla language and our website convert caracter to specific code in the db. what you have to do import questions and correct answer to the databse under quiz title. if quiz title has 100 questions and answer you have to create 1 quiz with 100 questions and answer, there are 1 correct and 3 false answers, you have to place the correct answer randomly in 4 answer and add by default false answer like : False 1, false 2 I will give you a sample page and the database structure of our website so it will be easy to understand the process.
