you need to add one module to this script. that is
Named Papers Roles
for this i need the following options
1. [login to view URL] - integer auto increment
2. Role number - integer
3. Date of Received - should be selected by pop up window
4. Date of printing - should be selected by pop up window
5. Number of Forms Printed. - integer
6. Wastage - integer
7. Remarks. - Text box
And reports for monthly and daily.. in this script two type of user.
1. admin can have all privileges
2. employee can add, delete, modify the entry. And after one week employee could not edit any entry in this project.
