MVP Service to Log Photos Shared on Instagram and Twitter

We’re looking for someone to build a solution for running multiple photo tracking campaigns, each of which monitor Instagram and Twitter for photos shared under specified hashtags. The details of photos must be logged and checked against our simple API which additionally identifies the presence, or not, of specific features in the photos. The campaigns can be reviewed as visual “photo walls” and filtered by source (Twitter or Insta) and by the feature types identified via the API. This is an MVP and if the sucessful candidate does a great job there will be more work. The system comprises three primary components: an Admin module for managing users and setting up Campaigns; a Service module, that frequently checks the socials platforms APIs for new photos; and a Client module for allowing specific users to review photos captured in Campaigns they are associated with. We’re looking for a supplier that has worked with Instagram and Twitter APIs before and can clearly explain how they will integrate them and what the limitations may be for our intended application. We’re expecting a supplier to use a standard framework to deliver commodity functionality, such as user-management and authentication. UIs of both Admin and Client modules must be responsive. We will not be providing designs and would expect the supplier to provide a clean, simple, modern UI based on a framework such as Bootstrap - examples of similar UIs you have supplied would be expected as part of the pitch process. Promising candidates will be supplied with a breakdown of requirements; wireframes of key elements (not comprehensive); details of our API and branding.
