a Project Manager - open to bidding

We have a development team in Ukraine and need a full time project manager. They are not well organized, and this is a big challenge. Please review what I posted. as this is a full time 40 hour job. VRP Project Manager Job brief We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who will take on the management of websites and call center software. Project management responsibilities include working with multiple team members and consultants to acquire, consolidate and share information, while facilitating successful and on-time completion of projects and tasks. Responsibilities • Track and communicate changes, bugs and support requests for websites • Coordinate with internal resources and 3rd parties/vendors for the execution of projects • Work with 3rd party overseas software development team to ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget/retainer hours • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders • Report and escalate issues to management as needed • Manage the relationships between VRP team members, consultants and 3rd parties • Acquire, create and maintain documentation of software implementation and process • Communicate within the team to find out who should manage reported issues, if they are not software related, and hand off to that party Requirements • Experience in project management in software development and/or IT • Solid understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills • Ability to parse information from 300+ emails / day and apply them to the appropriate issue or topic • Strong working knowledge of Basecamp • Knowledge of call center operations a plus • Knowledge of email communications and advertising a plus • 40-50 hours/week with some nights/weekends Personality Traits • Detail oriented • Organized • Structure and process minded • Able to work with very challenging personalities • Ability to operate without knowing/understanding the full story, gaining insights as the task/projects proceed • Openness to “figure it out as you go” • Trouble-shooting ability
