I need a responsive chat website that looks great on mobile and desktop. On mobile, it should resemble a native app layout and feel. It needs to have a virtual currency credit system. REQUIREMENTS: [login to view URL] end responsive website on both desktop and mobile. [login to view URL] admin system to manage: users, website options, virtual credits system, Chats between users, virtual credit transactions, payouts via PayPal to users that request virtual credit payout, block/ban users and IP. [login to view URL] sign up with username/password. Verified by email before their profile is live. [login to view URL] create a profile with 1 picture, and profile info based on questions set by admin. [login to view URL] can purchase virtual credits. [login to view URL] can redeem/request virtual credit payouts. [login to view URL] can search for other users based on profile info or username. [login to view URL] can only chat with someone if they pay credits. Then after credits payment users can chat and the credit is deducted from one user and given to the other. [login to view URL] user sets the amount of credits in order for another user to chat with them. [login to view URL] buy virtual credits through PayPal. [login to view URL] can flag/report other user profiles if innapropriate. Chat needs to be real time. [login to view URL] can "end" chat at anytime and confirmation pops up "are you sure you would like to end this chat?" [login to view URL] chat has a Chat ID for reference. 13 . must be secure and prevent database intrusions on the backend. And a few other small requirements. Serious programmers only please.
