We are looking for an experienced web developer/agency to upgrade our small 10 page website. A lot of changes relate to making it mobile friendly so we need someone with experience in: PHP, modifying CSS, configuring view port, optimizing images and other dev areas of knowledge.
We would like to do it in two phases/milestones:
1. Milestone one
Change the template and CSS so it passes Google mobile friendly test. At the same time we would like the "look" of our site to stay the same if possible, or change only a little.
Also, make improvements in these areas: configuring view port, optimizing images, leverage browser cashing, eliminate render blocking Java script. Clean up the server form old pages, implement canonical tags, add a few new page(4-5), make a few changes in navigation, redirect some old URL in htaccess, remove some dead links and fix any other problems that we might not be aware of.
We have a detailed list of these changes.
2. Milestone two
Upload new meta titles, meta descriptions, meta keywords that we'll provide. In this phase we plan to also make some minor changes to page titles and content(text). We are still discussing these and the final list of changes will be ready next week.
