Add Information To SquareUP Script

We have a very simple script which allows customers to create an place an order, the payment is validated and the customer gets a confirmation mail. Currently the data sent to stripe does not include anything other that a random generated receipt id which makes it hard to find the user in the square dashboard. We need the script modified so we have at minimum the customer name or genuine invoice ID sent to square so we can search it on the dashboard.
