We want to develop an web application in PHP or CODE IGNATOR. The project description as follows.
Application in following 4 major part
1. Lead management
2. Order management
3. Billing and payment management
4. Comprehensive reporting
We have tiffins ( Lunch and Dinner) supply bussines. So we setup few companions from multiple marketing sources. We are getting phone calls of Enquiries. Such way we are getting leads.
We want a complete lead management application where we can manage and record every phone call and enter major point of discussion. Like caller name address, phine number, WhatsApp number, email address. And other additional custom 3 field. Interested in Lunch or Dinner, date selections. Setup call reminders
2. Irder management.
After lead finalised over the phone. There should be a bjtton to convert this lead into an order. Order management lage will open nkw the operator need to enter items and quantities from pull down selection. According this the invoice need to generate and the brief need to be sent on SMS of customers. Also we need to print orders detailes in labels ready to print. Which will we manually stick on lunch box. In this labels information need as follows
Name if customer
Location of customer
Contain in the box.
Contact no. Of customer
Support center number. Etc...
3. Billing and payment management.
Invoice need to be send on SMS and email. We will send a online payment link to the customer where he can pay the amont. Otherwise cash will collect on delivery. After payment will enter the payment along with payment mode. A second SMS will send to customers about payment confirmation.
4. Reporting.
a. Leads from sources report.
b. Leads by months, week, days
c. Bill summary and payment collection by customer, by lunch, by dinner, by area, refund, payment pendings. Order canceled, etc
