API between track via and Opencart

Hi we have had an API built by a freelancer on Freelancer.com but it has since stopped working, so we need it fixed or rebuilt, we also need the additional modules created below from original brief, and some emails sent using triggers. We are looking for a graphical representation of bookings in a diary, the information would be fed in by API as and when the data changes. In short the information contained in the example CSV file is a start date, finish date, and a product. this is a view in our trackvia database that can be fed through the API to populate the diary. So we need some way of having this view available using a clear GUI. We need this work completed as soon as possible and our budget is £250 Please only get in touch if you can clarify how you propose to make the solution work. We would then like to quickly move onto additional projects with an API feed from our opencart website to send orders to our trackvia system, an automated email send from views in trackvia API and transmission of dispatch and returns via API to our DPD account.
