Where user can able to speak something and based on that it will search similar items. -- In your given requirement, the basic concept is the same. Different users can able to select speech and calls and tool will transfer Google speech to a text file. -- Users can also select different audio files from their computer, mobile phones, etc and it will transfer to a text file. -- In that user can select different languages and based on that tool indicate google speech to transfer it into text.
