Auto-accept delivery orders for an existing Android App -- 2

I need a Utility app or Web-based tool to accept orders for delivery based on specific criteria. There is an existing Android App that is used by various stores. The stores provide deliveries through the App and Drivers accept those orders based on distance and delivery payment. I want someone to build an app or script for the driver that will automatically accept delivery orders based on specified criteria. For if the delivery is from a specific pickup location or a specific distance. Please read: After some contemplation I consider this to be a web-based utility tool that will help accept deliveries based on specified criteria. Please look at the screen examples so you get an idea of how it will function. Please know as a driver I manually accept orders and sometimes I have to sit around for hours to find the right delivery. I would like this utility tool to fix that problem and find the right delivery as soon as they're posted on the primary app. I would like to login to the webpage through PC or phone and set up the tool and let it run until I stop or the preset time ends. Please know that I am a driver and I currently use auto-clicker to accept deliveries but those deliveries are sometimes too far or don't meet my requirement so I want this utility tool to fix the problem and only accept deliveries for me that I prefer based on the preset criteria (look at screen number two).
