Backend system for Health organization part 1 of 2

GENERAL: Project is for user to register and login into the back-end system. There is a payment system with subscription (monthly / yearly, max 4 packages) The whole point is that Admin or SuperAdmin will prepare daily nutrition plans for users to be abel to access it and see it in their account. These are mostly individual plans although admin has the abity to create and copy these plans per particular days or range of days (date period). Users will simply follow the plan they can only view it, confirm that they have fulfill it (accept it) and add their notes in there. In other section they will have access to extra pages with info and also able to communicate with admin via internal messaging system (email like) Admin / Superadmin will be able to control everything, create plans, manage subsription, add info to subpages etc. Difference between admin / superadmin is that admin can have access only to certain users (superadmin will assign) and sueradmin has full access to everything. The work is mostly back-end although it require some HTML / CSS work to create pages as they support to be. ASSIGNMENT IS: USER * able to register and login (they will be mostly using their mobile phones) * users will be able to fill in their profile after login (provide their body details, etc) * after they will be forced to subscribe for one of hour packages 3-4 maximum, Paypal payment * Once they members they will get Nutrition Plan prepared by Admin. This can be only HTML content or attached files. * They will have access to all pages (under Information) * They will be able to communicate with admin including file share (pretty much whole section is designed see the files attached.) SUPERADMIN * ability to control all Users and access their details (active / inactive account, IP blocking) * ability to control all Admin accounts, create new ones and assign their users. * ability to control / create Nutrition plans, assign them to individuals or group of users at once * multiple admin access with permissions to control different users (superadmin will have access to all and can assign users for individual admins) * Payments - see all subscirptions, history, current plans, etc * Subscriptions - able to change prices and details for subsriptions * Statistics - ability to see all payments / earnings, who is currently on the system, how many visitors, etc. * Page Editors - ability to create and mange pages under Information section, ability to set membership access (for members only), ability to edit Help content possibly add files in there. ADMIN * Admin will be only able to mange their users, view their details and mange their Nutrition plan / Program (Admin section will be designed same as user one) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- TASKS: * create project file structure and organize all files and database * create user interface as designed plus some dummy demo on the Program, to show how the calendar going to look / work. * create admin interface (working on the design) * create registration page, login functionality, automated email notification NOTE: I am able to prepare HTML / CSS pages for pretty much all pages (will need help with JS) --------- Here the first part will be done and presented to client plus released 50% payment ----------- * completing all features and functionality according the assignment possibly make minor adjustments client would suggest or need (anything heavier would be additional task after the project) * testing * showing to client * 2nd payment released ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- PROPOSAL: 600$ (20$ bonus if fast work and regular updates) Payment split to 50 / 50
