M.C.Q based exam software

need a mcq based exam software. Exam Software requirement - UI - Need a Simple and sober UI which is easily understood by first time users. An instruction Screen will be there for the user and an agreed terms & condition tick box. All the questions are M.C.Q . Admin can create as much exam he can Admin can select a total number of questions according to need. A timer is needed in the exam panel . Time is allotted by the admin. Admin can alot marks to every question & negative marking also. Results will come after the submission of the exam by the user. Admin can upload the students & their details through csv file through admin panel (students who can give the exam) Have a submit exam button, the user can submit his or her exam anytime . The timer up exam is submitted automatically . More than 5 refresh exams are submitted automatically. Results will only be visible at the admin panel . admin can change and edit the result. Proper warnings are mentioned. A separate panel for results at which a user can see the result by using his phone number & dob. Result is upload by admin through CSV (Name , Marks , Total attempt , Rank ) A single user can give the exam only once. A person is identified by his phone number & DOB . make phone number is the unique key. Admin can upload questions and their correct answers by using a csv file & also able to create difference sets in the same exam.
