Build me a News Website with a CMS

I would like to create a News Website in Spanish similar to this: [login to view URL] (but much nicer in terms of look & feel, and navigation). There will be two levels of readers: 1) Free (people who navigate to the site and get some free news) 2) Subscribed (people who pay a membership to unlock any locked news content)
I will have a group of 6-10 editors writing news articles for specific topics/areas/categories. So they will need to have the ability to access their specific areas of the site to write and publish their articles. They should also have the ability to add images, videos, audio, and html to their sections.
