Build Reality Punting software into a web app

Turn my software into a web app. Reality Punting current functions -On opening the software, select the excel file with the most recent updated statistics which is downloaded from [login to view URL] -Calculates upcoming NBA and WNBA games within 25 hours of game starting time using the Reality Punting algorithm -Has a re-calculate upcoming games button to ensure games have been re-calculated properly -Has 12 seasons of data stored in the software, saves calculated games in the database as well -Main menu, click on a game to show calculated predicted scores and possessions for both teams from the algorithm -Main menu games also show upcoming game Money line (Win/Head to head) odds and handicap odds -Odds are scraped from [login to view URL] -Main menu also has a update all odds function to ensure all odds are up to date -Clicking on games will show the handicap profitability and Money line profitability with pre-set filters to show suggested bets with specific predictions. -In the bottom left in the main menu, the box score will show the game result scores for each team once the game has finished and updated Filter menu -Select filter drop down feature to filter the following with examples -Calculated score example: Predicted team to win by 8 points, Filter 8> will show historic results of teams predicted to win by 8 points or more within the database results -Overall Possession example: Predicted team to have an additional 8 possessions, Filter 8> will show historic results of teams with an additional 8 possessions or more within the database results -NBA Handicap example: Will show historic results with specific handicaps. If I were to filter -6.5>, it would show all numbers higher than -6,5. Example it would show predicted winning teams with handicaps of -5.5, -4.5, -3.5 ect but would not show numbers -7.0, -7.5, -8.5 or lower. -Team Moneyline example: Will show historic results with specific money line odds. Example, If I were to filter $3>, it will show predicted winning teams with moneyline odds of $3 or higher - > = Higher as given in examples above, < = lower. -Using > and < allows to filter specific predictions. Example: If I filter calculated score of 12> and 15<, it would show all predictions of teams predicted to win between 12 and 15 points. -All of these filters can be used together at the same time to filter specific predictions and odds. -Calculate profit function calculates profits from the given filters. -Calculate profit bar shows Turnover, with 1 game = $100 for turnover for handicap and $100 for moneyline -Shows moneyline win %, handicap win %, Moneyline profit, handicap profit, moneyline POT % (Profit on turnover) and handicap POT % -Predicted games in the filter shows in order: Sport (NBA or WNBA), Game date, Away team Calculated score, Away team calculated possessions, Away team name Home team calculated score, Home team calculated possessions, Home team name, Away team score result, home team score result, Away Moneyline odds, Home moneyline odds, Handicap line, total points line Note: Handicap seems to only show positive handicaps in this menu despite the negative ones being in there, and it filters negative handicaps fine. Requested changes for web app. -In the main menu show the time the web app was last updated with statistics from [login to view URL] and re-calculation time -instead of scraping odds from [login to view URL], scrape odds from [login to view URL] -The main menu will say "take at -6.5 or better for 6.97% POT" as an example, instead of "take at -6.5 or better" have it say "Take X handicap", X being the handicap currently available from premium trading’s, same for moneyline. If odds are not available from premium tradings have it say check back later for updated odds. If the odds or handicap do not meet the criteria for a bet, have it say no bets currently available. I will have a criteria list to give you for available handicaps and odds.
