Build a simple kanban board to manage sales leads

I would like a KANBAN board to be built for a small project I’m working on. This project may help businesses increase their sales by managing their pipeline. The sales dashboard is essentially a KANBAN board which must have the following functionality: - Mobile responsive. - Project - This board relates to one project that was created by the client. - Swim Lanes - Client can create their own swim lanes and customise it. - They can change the color - They can change the text - Swim lines is maximum of 10. - Client can release the last swim lane. - Leads - Client can add/edit/delete the leads on each of the swim lanes. - Client can move the leads around the board to indicate the status of that particular lead. - Other - This board is connected to the leads table database. - This board is connected to the deals table database. - PHP & SQL. - Feel free to recommend any existing solutions that you may be aware of. A very good example in terms of design and functionality is the JIRA board. 
I have attached some designs on what this small project looks like. I would like the developer to create me the sales dashboard according to this design. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks
