Build a webpage with 3 input data points to change displayed Schedule times

Looking for a skilled dev to build a entertainment venue schedule display. Require ability to login and input booking data points which will change the displayed schedule. The finished product will be a html page that lives on the backend of our site, the html page will be displayed around the venue on smart TV's. Staff should be able to login to the back end and change 3 data points which will change the displayed schedule around the venue. The venue has three age groups: 5 - 7 year old 8 - 10 year old 11+ year old These are the three data points to edit, and the data correlates to number of groups from this age bracket attending the venue. With each group added to each age bracket, the schedule will display an additional activity available for each cycle. The maximum groups for each age bracket will be 5 Each activity cycle is every 30 mins (venue opens 10:30am - 4:30pm) Require the ability to input total booked groups attending the venue on the day, which will change the displayed schedule. eg. if there are 3 x 5-7 groups in the venue for the day the schedule will display 3 available activity options for each 30 minute rotation. The attached image is the complete schedule for a FULL venue, which will be: 5 - 7 = 5 groups 8 - 10 = 5 groups 11+ = 2 groups The schedule must be on brand, matching the example images/videos. Logo assets along with photoshop mock up can be provided. This project has a tight deadline and needs to be completed within 48 - 72 hours.
