Build a website/database for a staffing agency

Please read carefully the job description before submitting your offer! I need to build a website for a staffing agency. 1) A potential employee will have to register on the website a) to view available jobs b) to create his/her profile. There will be a set of questions to answer and the answers will build a resume of an employee. 2) Employers once logged in, will be able to view resumes of the candidates (some employees info will be available only to an admin, e.g. email address or phone numer). The employer will be also able to create his business profile (again, some info like business name or address will be hidden from the employees at the first stage. 3) The employer needs to be able to view profiles of all hired employees in a separate section to view updates on the hiring process, interview time, hiring documents I need the database to be working smooth without a glitch but also the interface needs to look modern and professional.
