CodeIgniter Developer needed to update by implementing changes

I have a PHP (Codeigniter) based website and i will need to upgrade by adding the following changes to it. 1. We need to remove “caps sensitivity” from usernames 2. we need to make sure that the pages are loading at the contents that are displayed on the page for example by default there are 10 records (can be changed by dropdown) that display so we will display 10 records but right now it pulls all the data which means if there are 1000 records it waits until all are pulled before it displays which causes lagging…. 3. We need to hide the add date column from all categories. 4. we need to make the filters that will be dependent on the page categories. Please see the screenshot I provided all the filters are already on the pages we just need to make sure we enable them on all categories and they will have their dropdown. 5. Enable the function of TICKETS that should already be in the script, I have found another shop using the same script, I will provide the details. 6. We need to remove the PayPal gateway and payments functionality from the script admin along with [login to view URL] and add [login to view URL] API so the payments can be accepted by giving the wallet address in the admin panel. 7. Also the item checks the cards through an API I want the option in the admin implemented if I turn that option off it will disable checking the API until that option is switched back on again.
