connect slybroadcast service to my infusionsoft application

I want someone to connect the slybroadcast service to my infusionsoft application through Zapier. Essentially I want to do the following: a) I select a tag in infusionsoft b) Based on the tag it sends out a specific message from my Slybroadcast account Slybroadcast provides an API and I have attached a PDF here. I already use Zapier for a few connections like this so ideally we could do it through that. I know it's possible to connect Zapier and Slybroadcast but I definitely need someone to make it easy to send a specific message from slybroadcast from a specific number. Please refer to the API I am providing. Again, I am looking to connect Infusionsoft >> Slybroadcast, however, ideally I'd accomplish this through Zapier. Or if it could be accomplished by a Http post in Infusionsoft to Slybroadcast.
