Convert Excel spreadsheet into online web calculator for website

I recently completed 2 projects of similar nature. You can check that from my reviews. One was for an offline retirement plan calculator which was converted from Excel worksheet to HTML with only javascript as dynamic interface. The second was for a fuel management company which maintained its filling records and working hours in an Excel worksheet. This was converted to a web enabled application with additional functions and reports. I can provide you a link to these applications if you message me. For your task, I can make a php based web application with all the features of the spreadsheet and any additional functionality like user login and saved data/preferences for each user. Please do specify if the current application needs to interface with an already developed webpage in some specific technology.

Raw excel file can solve the doubts easily. When you think you can share me the Excel file? My intention is to get the calculation from the excel and make a document where I will place what calculation I am going to use where. It would help both of us to align in same page. I want to complete the aforesaid steps before you award the project. - I am assuming there would be a backend database for sure, is it not? Do you want to generate this report as an excel format or in any other format, please clarify? - The screenshot is representing a single column from excel? I am bit confused, sorry. I think the right panel is showing calculated records for complete excel file, is it not? - Can you please share the list of external or brokered Services ?Is the field in the form will be kept as an input type text or want it to have on drop down or as a check box? - Do you want to display all the Bromilow services with a check box ,so that the user can get all the services and the options on the form and on submitting the the result page will be generated on the basis of the input or want a "add a service" button field that will popup a list of the service available and that will have multiple select option to insert the choose one into the form. - What is the calculation algorithm ?Can you please provide the appropriate information to develop it? Hi, I've sone similar job before, there were an online calculators and data visualization tools based on data or logic presented by client in spreadsheets. Could you please let me know, by "other reference data to calculate" you mean that all sheets in this spreadsheets are linked and have cross-references? Building this in raw PHP with HTML/CSS/JQuery and having it responsive, would not be a problem at all, but I am not experienced at all with Drupal and I noticed that Drupal was listed as a skill.
