Convert Site to bootstrap4 & core php update

Hi all. We are looking to convert an existing ecommerce art photography site to core php / Code Igniter can be used so we can update in-house. It is a modified oscommerce site that uses static & dynamic pages and does not use any of the template functions. Imagemagic creates a visual photo product puts a picture frame around it - a price is calculated from sql and this product is then created shown on page. The only features we use in oscommerce is the shopping cart / admin / login in / Navbar / checkout / create account. The site works perfectly but uses old js script to create the framed product that needs updating and removal of old code. We need the site to be clean with minimum code and framework.
Skills needed: PHP, Ajax, Java Script, / Imagmagic
The site uses a marcus oscommerce template so uses some bootstrap 3 looking to update the site
so looking at the following :
• Existing front end converted to clean html
• Imagemagic scripts refined and the page layout converted to correct divs
• Framing section js rewritten all old code removed
• We just need navbar & footer with shopping cart icon in Navbar that updates units in cart so ajax feature.
• Sessions
• Create account - log in
• Shopping cart / checkout (using sagepay)
• Full admin section with customers / orders / order status - SQL database.
• New site debugged, tested and seo friendly
Note we design individual pages so do not any template built into admin to create product.
You will work with one of our layout designers so a instruction PDF will be supplied during the Project. We have experience with html & php but are on a tight timescale.
Milestone payment will be 40% on first completion - 30% on the next - final on completion and testing of site.
