Create Cloud Based Custom Software

We currently use a series of linked excel files and word documents to run the administration side of all our projects. We wish to have the the logic and contents of these files to be created into a cloud based database and software system, which is accessed via a website. The system will be hosted on our private domain hosting. The current system can be downloaded and viewed from the link below: [login to view URL] This example is for a single project. The final system should have the ability of users to create new projects, and all the data for the mutiple projects should feed into a summary view of some sort. The system will be for internal users only. There should be a backend of somesort which allows the administrator to customise the different forms if required. Also to add an remove users from the system. Users will be required to have a login and password to the system. Users should have the ability to export all items to PDF and excel. Certain forms should have the ability to be customised with fields added or removed as required. There should be the ability in the backend to add more forms if an when required Please ensure you review the existing documents before you bid on this project. If you don't understand the requirements, ask first. Final product should be tested by yourself prior to handing over to myself for testing. Ability to backup the data is required Once completed, the Intellectual Property will be transferred to myself.
