Create a Hotspot Splash Page for MikroTik -- 2

Create and implement a responsive splash page for a MikroTik router that includes a form to retrieve data from the registered user. In order for the user to get internet access he needs to give these details: - Name - Last name - Street Address - Street Address Number - Apartment - Telephone Number - Email This information must be send to a specific email each time a user requests internet access. The session must last 30 minutes every 24 hours and only 3 times a week with a 10Mb queue. Every time the user wants to access he need to complete the details. Attached is an image of how the portal must be seen. An usernarme and password will be given in order to access a MikroTik Router were you can implement the portal. All the configuration must be made locally on the router, nothing can be done on cloud. Payment will be made once the portal is implemented, the information is send to the email and the limits of the connection are working flawlessly.
