Portal that sales reps can log into, enter in specific information
I will need to generates a proposal based off the entered information. The generated quote will also need to have the ability to manually edit the "boxes" as need and then click generate quote to generate a PDF quote.
CRM integrated is a must
Being able to isolate the deals submitted by sales rep or organization is a must.
Workflow set up over view:
sales rep/ organizations, log in , enter prospect details and generate a preliminary quote that is save to each prospect
Global user access for my internal underwriting team can access all deals. My team can then email the file over to specified carriers via email in the portal.
Capability of date and time tracking is essential.
Sales pipeline Reports by broker and sales rep designated to a group are needed as well.
I have attached the quote template that the prospects name should populate into certain sections. on the "the numbers" page, I would like to manually enter in the numbers in those areas, as well as add rows to add more states and class codes as needed.
Also need the ability to generate a quote in the prospects name and have it populate in the desired fields, I will also need the ability to input numbers on the last page of the quote in certain sections
