CSS and site tidy

I have a list of tasks that need completing to finish a site i am working on. please see the list... I am looking for a new CSS developer to work with me on future projects too... 1. Update the header menu to not show ‘white space’ (appears under the header menu and then adjusts) when scrolling up 2. Set header size to be smaller to match the current size when scrolled. 3. Improve header menu spacing 4. Update the page auto scroll, ensure the auto scroll lands in the correct section. 5. At the main page banner ensure the down arrow shows and the banner title also links to the scroll. Every page must have wording on the main banner. 6. Cookie banner not working, it appears every time the page is visited 7. Main page video is not smooth 8. Accreditations icons look squashed / distorted 9. On electrical page ‘external lighting banner should not fill page width and should be like power distribution section. 10. Network Infrastructure page, where it is cabinet rationalisation, the image needs to carousel 11. GENERAL COMMENT FOR ALL PAGES – text required general overhaul Background writing not on blue – needs to be consistent on background colors and fonts used. Default font should be dark grey and not blue head line sections should be blue. Text formatting and wrapping on every page needs tidying. 12. Careers form needs redesigning in keeping with the page look, clicking more details needs to expand down with the job description text. 13. News page articles need to expand out like the accreditations page. 14. Comment out all video on every page except home page 15. Test in browsers and mobile devices and rectify any errors
