Custom Article Spinning Software (Web Based)

We need a custom, web based article spinner created. If you are familiar with article spinners and "spintax" then you know how these work. Content inside brackets and separated by | symbol are randomly spun together. ie. {The|A} {bue|red} {dog|cat} = A blur cat or The blue cat, etc. The problem with traditional spintax is that is gets very difficult to read once you start spinning multiple sentences and paragraphs. For this reason, we have started using a different technique where we separate sections using special tags and then write sentences on separate lines. This allows you to easily view the pre-spun article and make changes quickly. PROJECT REQUIREMENTS: App must run on linux based servers Must run in all browsers but specifically chrome, safari and firefox Must allow you to use both #block# #p# and #s# tags Must allow you to use spintax {|} as well Must be able to to set the number of "blocks" to output Must be able to set first and last block to no-spin Must be able to set the number of articles to create (max 500) Must be able to create a downloadable zip file with up to 500 articles Must use very low server resources and able to handle multiple users at one time HOW TO APPLY: To be considered for this job you must submit a proposal that includes all teh details on how you would build this application, the number of hours you estimate it to take, and your bid for the project.
