customize prebuild auction extensions for my woocommerce site

You do not need to write everything from scratch. I want you to modify woocommerce simple auction and woocommerce drop price by the same author to fit what I need, Here is what I want to be done its called a Dutch Auction. Step one starts a auction with simple auction for woocommerce. Starting price is 100 for the product, the reserve price is 30 dollars, there is a BUYNOW price every couple hours or how I set it in the back end the price will go down 10% or 5 dollars or how ever I set in the back end, (Note i think the extension already does that, but i do not know if it works with auction) this part is controlled by "price drop" extension by the same author. If the price drop hits or below 30 dollars the auction will end. Main while there are couple customers biding on this product. The customers can not see each others bid or the reserved price. Customer A thinks the product I'm offering is below 30 dollars, so he bids 25 dollars, customer B likes the product so he bids above 30 dollars, when the auction timer ends customer B will win because he bid above the reserved price while customer A got eliminated because he bid below the reserved price. here is where customer C comes in. Customers C Really like the product im selling so he will use the BUYNOW button, he will only win the bid if the buynow price is higher than customer B's bid. Its all about conditions for this to work. of course if buynow goes through both customer A and B's bid will be void and they will lose the chance to bid on the item. I know there are couple more conditions I haven't talked about but this is just the basic idea.
