data scraper or mining and Woocommerce Expert

I am looking for a data scrapper and Woocommerce Expert to transfer a copy of products and lists from a target website into a woocommerce website. Target website has multiples vendors/users. each vendor has their own products, own vendor's name, own vendors info/description. Vendor's products are listed in about 5 categories, for each vendor. Products have attributes as well. Freelancer must be able to prepare a software to read from the target source and to upload products directory to our server. backed access information will be provided as well. (basically, Freelancer will be provided with a target website to duplicate its vendors and their products on destination website). Freelancer must upload data to woocommerce free of error for each of the vendors. Freelancer must be creative to accelerate this process. data mining/data scrapper software is recommended to duplicate the database from target server to our server to complete this project.
