debug contact form (not all forms coming through)

we had a recent migration of our email service hosted by godaddy to an outlook 365 setup, and we had to change a bunch of dns records with cloudflare in order to get it working. now it seems that not all of the contact forms are going through. need someone to debug this and solve the root issue
